1. Services
We provide AI-assisted social media moderation (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) and related IT services. Service scope, channels and features are defined in your chosen plan or written agreement.
2. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing necessary access (e.g., your own Meta app and tokens), for lawful use of the service, and for final approval of moderation actions where applicable.
3. Fees & payment
Plans include a one-time setup fee and a recurring subscription, billed as agreed. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Subscriptions may be cancelled per the Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of Meta’s platform policies.
5. Limitation of liability
AI moderation is a decision-support tool and is not error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ModerationHQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Final responsibility for published content and regulatory compliance remains with the client.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
