- Client social-media data: when you engage our moderation service, our system processes comments and messages from your Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp accounts on your behalf, through your own Meta application and access tokens. We act as a processor; you remain the data controller.

To provide and operate the moderation service, respond to enquiries, send service communications, and improve our offering. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Meta / Facebook data
Comments and messages accessed via your Meta app are processed solely to classify and moderate them for you. The data flows between Meta and your own service instance; it is not pooled with other clients. You can revoke access at any time, and may request deletion (see our Data Deletion page).
