Setup fees
One-time setup fees are non-refundable once setup work has commenced, as they cover configuration, integration and onboarding effort.
Monthly subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
Project / one-time services
Refunds for project-based work (if any) are handled per the written agreement for that project.
